Station #3 - Skill Channels

Players must dribble their ball down the middle channels past a defender who will try to tag them with a ball they are holding in their hands. If tagged, they must return to the beginning and start over. If they pass through successfully, they must return along the outside channels where they must beat a defender and pass the ball off to the next player in line.
