Station #3 - Follow Your Pass & Shot

Players split in two groups. Blue starts, passes ball to point player and follows pass. Point player receives pass, directs to middle then shoots on blue goal and follows to become next keeper. Old keeper goes to end of line. Red team repeats drill on opposite side.
