Station #2 - Hand Ball

Split your players into two teams and pick a captain from each team to remain in the end zone. Teammates try to get the ball to their captain by catching and throwing. Players can't run when they have the ball. Defenders must give 1 meter to the ball carrier and can only take the ball by intercepting a pass.
