2015 Weighlifting PRs

Weightlifting PRs at Vaughan Strength and Conditioning, a local gym in Toronto. This was a result of 5 months of focused programming from Jon Bailey. The weights felt so easy this day. I really appreciate Olympic weighlifting because a large part of it is mind over matter. Some of my best lifts have been when I've had 1-2 beers at the bar and hit the gym. It's only when you can detach yourself from the weight, that you can really enter the "flow-state" and move some serious weight.
