Want Job Security … Become Irreplaceable! There’s a fantastic lesson to be heard in this story! The bottom line is that nothing is given and everything is earned. The higher up the totem pole you want to climb the less room there is for promises and entitlement. Keep in mind that you and your coach each have a job. Your coaches job is to find someone to replace you. Your job is to make sure that, that person doesn’t exist. How do you do this?
