Hi! My Name is Lou Arseneault, welcome to my channel! As mentioned in the above video, I am a professional soccer player (Beach, 11v11, Futsal), a coach, an author, a speaker, and a world traveler. As a coach, I love stirring the potential in players so that they can discover their capabilities and push past their limiting beliefs. I believe that we are made for advancement and improvement. Helping players bridge the gap between “I can’t” to “I did” brings me excitement, satisfaction and joy. I strive to create a healthy environment where players can develop and mature. I work with players to set attainable goals that are challenging enough to extend beyond their present skill level. Success is the result of small incremental steps driven by desire, persistence and belief. And it is with that definition in mind that I base all of my trainings, programs and practices.
