Building Emotional Intelligence Brick by Brick

In this video, I discuss how we are more than just what we teach physically or cognitively as coaches and leaders. We have an affective side within us that relates to our values, moods, feelings, and attitudes. Just as we build a strong foundation with factual knowledge and skills (the "bricks"), we must also cultivate our emotional intelligence to use our ‘bricks’ to influence positivity.
