Station #3- Stick To Your Side

Create teams of four, with two defenders and two attackers on each team. Defenders and attackers must stay on their own side of half and pass the ball over half. Attackers try to kick the other team's cones down with the ball while defenders try to clear the ball from their zone. First team to knock all the other team's cones over wins.
