Content Description
• Shift your body weight between the flexed hips and balls of the feet • Generate movement by applying pressure to the ball of the grounded foot • When leg touches down, redistribute the weight until you can push off again • Repeat this movement • Increase the force applied by the standing leg in order to create explosive movement
