Station #2- Speed Drill 4

On the whistle, the first player in each line perform 3 one-touch passes with the player ahead. When receiving the 3rd pass, the player ahead will turn with the ball, dribble through 3 cones, take a raised shot on net, then recover their ball and return to the line. The first player in line now becomes the player ahead and the drill continues.
