Station #5 - Back to Back Nets
Content Description
6 vs 6 scrimmage with keepers in nets. Nets are setup back to back in centre of field. 4 small cones setup 12 meters apart surround the nets. Teams can shoot on either net, but must shoot from outside small cone perimeter, unless using a header.
