Station #1 - Obstacle Course 4

Players stand back-to-back, one facing the coach and one facing the net. Coach lobs a ball over the players and they battle for possession and a shot on net. Try different variations of starting positions: both facing forward, both facing backward, facing each other, laying down, etc.
