Holding the Ball After a Save

● As the ball is caught, the fingers naturally wrap around it to ensure a firm grip with the hands. ● This position is then further secured by holding the ball to the body ● The widened hands slide around to the front of the ball, towards the top. ● This allows the ball to rest on the inner forearm and against the chest. ● The elbows should also be close, to ensure a tight hold.
