Content Description
● Extend one leg out in front, with the foot at a slight upward angle ● Releasing from the hands, allow the ball to land on the front of the laces ● Keep the foot locked ● The rest of the body should be relaxed to adapt for balance. ● The kicking motion should be minimal, repeatedly bringing the ball up around waist height in a controlled fashion.
