Station #1 - Shuttle Passing

Two lines of players facing each other, player at front passes ball to opposite side, who receives ball and manoeuvres it (Inside/Outside, Forward/Backward, Chest down, Knee down, Head down) and passes back. After making pass, player runs to end of the line on the opposite side.
