Glove Save

In this ProSmart tutorial Eli Wilson and Kristen Olychuck demonstrate the importance of the glove to the net minder. In order to successfully utilize the glove, a goalie must learn the skill of visual attachment—training the eye to follow the fast-moving puck as if it was moving in slow-motion. Exceptional glove save skill requires repeated practice at alternating speeds and angles.
