My 3 Favourite DB Exercises for Hockey Players

If I was to only pick 3 exercises for hockey players to perform in the gym, I would chose DB Skater Squats, DB Single Arm Lateral Lunge, and DB Single Leg Single Arm RDL. These exercises target the muscles of the legs that are used most when skating and they also improve lowerbody stability and core strength.
