Station #3 - 1 vs. 1 Around the Net

One player from each team races around their closest net towards the ball passed to the middle by the coach. First player is on offence and tries to score on either of their opponents nets. Defender can take the ball and score on their opponents net. Drill is over after a goal or ball is out of play.
