Station #2 - Movin' In The Middle

Players dribble around the outside of the small cone box. On coach's whistle all players enter the box and perform 3 dribbling moves (V-Turn, Toe Taps, Inside Outside, Step-overs) before dribbling back out of box and circling perimeter until next whistle.
